Living life and having fun while giving back!
For the past six years, I’ve been studying media first at Lincoln College doing a Diploma in Creative Media Production, then three years at the University of Cumbria studying for a degree in Film and Television Production and finally now I’m studying a Master’s degree in Media Production at York St John University. During my time studying I took part in a range of projects viewable here on my portfolio. Most of the projects I’ve worked on were factual based.
While doing my post-graduate degree I’m looking at working within media and communications ideally for charities that have a positive impact on society. Being a Scout Leaders in my many roles requires a range of skills and each role has different responsibilities.
Both my BSL and Youth Commissioner roles involve supporting young people in developing their own programmes, and having their voices heard. I also sit as a trustee the district executive committee. My ADC (Media and Communications) involves supporting Southern Europe British Scouting Overseas District in developing a media and communications plan.
